The Ewhurst and Ellens Green Information Booklet 2022, 2025
The Friends of St Peter & St Paul saw the need for a booklet listing all the groups, the activities and the facilities available in the village.
The first edition of the Booklet was distributed in 2022 to every houehold in Ewhurst and Ellens Green. Three years have now passed and the second edition is well under way. We hope this will be delivered to everyone by the end of the year, 2025. With many updates, we hope that it will once again prove to be a valuable source of information for anyone wishing to find out what is going on in our vibrant community. The final pages. particularly, contain a long list of useful telephone numbers, available at a glance.
The Trustees realised that many new people have come to the parish and are not aware of the wide range things which the community offers.
FSPSP could not fund this initiative itself as the charity objectives do not allow this type of expenditure. However, Ewhurst and Ellens Green Parish Council kindly offered the funding. Two Trustees from the Friends and two members of the PC collected and collated information from all the organisations operating within the village.
A Parish map and legend were also included.
